Warwick Building Residents Sack Consort/Peverel – new managing agents appointed

Warwick Building residents recently (October 2012)  voted to appoint Rendall & Rittner to manage servicing of the block; only one person (from 39 votes received in the ballot) voted to retain Consort/Peverel. The people have spoken! Goodbye Consort/Peverel – you will not be missed.The change in the management is due to take place on 1st January 2013; the contract with Rendall & Rittner will be managed by L&Q Housing Association who are the head lessees of Warwick Building.

This is almost certain to result in service charge reduction and a much improved service which can only be good news for residents.
