Warwick Building residents recently voted to appoint Rendall & Rittner to manage servicing of the block; only one person (from 39 votes received voted to stay with Consort/Peverel. The people have spoken! Goodbye Consort/Peverel – you will not be missed.

Notes from meeting of Warwick Building residents, L&Q and Berkeley Homes (15th March) finally released! Widespread anger at Berkeley Homes, Consort / Peverel and L&Q

Residents are very concerned and angry about a sudden uplift in their service charges, claiming that it is well above current inflation rate (3.5%). Some residents of advised of a 13% year on year increase in their service charges; others report a 150% increase.

Chelsea Bridge Wharf wins at Land Valuation Tribunal

Chelsea Bridge Wharf, beside the old Battersea Power Station site, is in the process of going for RTM, has won at LVT but Peverel is taking the issue to the Land Tribunal on appeal. It is the usual familiar story. The Tchenguiz’s Fairhold Artemis hoovered up the freehold and bought Peverel, the managing agent, and the fees started escalating.
