Larisa Villar Hauser and Louis Sebastian Kendall: We will not hold elections for Directors of Right to Manage Company, will not hold AGM and will not show members the contract signed with Urang
As the notes from the leaseholder forum on 6th November 2024 show, the ‘co-chairs’ have no intention of changing the dysfunctional culture of CBWRA. Indeed they would not be co-chairs without this dysfunctional culture which enabled their ‘election‘. They have stated they will not stand again as Co-Chairs of the residents’ sanction but they are staying on as (wholly unelected) directors of the RTM company. If Right to Manage actually happens, CBWRA w(i.e. the residents’ association) will cease to have any real meaning – the power is and always has been in the Right to Manage company which also holds what remains of CBWRA funds (i.e. members’ subscription fees) currently estimated at about £1,000. In other words, the directors of the Chelsea Bridge Wharf Right to Manage company will remain unelected and unaccountable. This defeats the purpose of Right to Manage which is to put leaseholders in charge.
sounds a horrible situation 😕

Well they are at least consistent. Consistent in ignoring and excluding residents, making terrible decisions and trying to silence those who protest or laugh at them
