Petition that CBWRA and Rendall and Rittner tried to stop passes 5,000 signatures

Delighted that my petition against Rendall and Rittner passed 5,000 signatures last week. https://chng.it/KkXtksVvm4

A large number of developments have contacted me to exchange information/ get advice on Rendall and Rittner and Right to Manage and many have said this petition was the impetus for starting their own journey towards Right to Manage or getting rid of Rendall and Rittner through other means. However, while the petitions has been extremely popular across England, there were people at Chelsea Bridge Wharf who were desperate to stop it.

This is the same petition that CBWRA tried to force me to close, while I was on the CBWRA committee in 2021 and when they were cosying up to Rendall and Rittner and telling residents that Right to Manage was not possible. CBWRA (including the current co-chairs Larisa Villar Hauser and Louis Sebastian Kendall) circulated a newsletter in May 2022 stating that Right to Manage was not possible and accusing me of misleading residents by saying that Right to manage was possible.

Richard Daver of Rendall and Rittner emailed the former CBWRA Chair to complain about this petition. https://chelseabridgewharf.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/r-daver-16sep21_ringed_li.jpg

A few days later at a CBWRA committee meeting (which included the current co-chair Louis Sebastian Kendall), the former chair banned petitions against Rendall and Rittner and shortly after that I was given an ultimatum to leave the committee or take down the petition, I chose the former option and resigned but told people on the app why I was resigning.

My app account was then closed, which turned out to be the first of 3 closures on various implausible excuses. https://chelseabridgewharf.org.uk/2022/11/15/the-orwellian-world-of-the-chelsea-bridge-wharf-residents-association/

The former Chair has been the subject of 4 police complaints from 3 residents but remains a committee member and a Director of the Right to Manage company.
