Urang still refuses to allow leaseholders to see management contract at Chelsea Bridge Wharf

Here is my email to Urang regarding their continual refusal to allow leaseholders to see the contract with Urang. One can only wonder if there is something which they wish to hide.

Urang were appointed as agents at Chelsea Bridge Wharf in an secretive and undemocratic way.

You have refused to share the management contact with leaseholders and given no meaningful reason.

You are now stating you would give access to the contract subject to an NDA – an NDA which I first requested on 22nd September 2025 and which you have still failed to produce.

You have also falsely claimed that you had offered to share the agreement with me subject to an NDA, many months ago, but are unable to produce any evidence for this (because it did not happen). 

You did in fact FIRST promise to send me the NDA on 7th Jan. 2026. (3 weeks ago). 

Where is the NDA please? What is the cause of the delay in producing it? Are your lawyers beavering away (at our expense) to make it so absurdly restrictive that I will not sign it? if so you are just creating even more problems for yourselves.
