A week later and still no notes from CBWRA Annual General Meeting
So a week later and no notes from the CBWRA AGM. Clearly CBWRA need time to write this supposed analysis comparing CBW to other developments regarding Building Safety Act costs. They claim to have done that before the AGM but I suspect very little indeed had been done until I requested them to share it with residents. And then there are the ”accounts”…which have never been shared to residents..and I imagine they are beavering away trying to make the information on finances as vague and meaningless as possible. regarding the votes on motions – it was the most confused unprofessional mess I have seen (since the last one) and I have zero trust in the results. But clearly they should have been shared to residents right away.
CBWRA also probably figure that the longer they leave it the fewer people will actually remember the details of the meeting ..including the shambles around motions, voting and CBWRA’s attempt to avoid any vote on ”ratification” of the committee which they claimed was not necessary!
Still they are just hard-working volunteers and we have to support them, right or wrong (at least that’s what they keep telling us).
Prediction: Notes will magically appear by the end of today – as ever they need to be dragged kicking and screaming to carry out basic actions which would be taken for granted in any normal functioning residents’ association.
