Residents at New Little Mill development in Ancoats, Manchester tell a story which will be familiar to most leaseholders at Rendall and Rittner managed developments. Inflated service charges, unclear statements. It is great that media coverage is increasing around these issues and hopefully we will be seeing a piece on events at Chelsea Bridge Wharf before too long.
