Rendall and Rittner: damning feedback from residents – 32% satisfaction
Rendall and Rittner’s feedback on Facebook is embarrassingly awful, and is completely in line with the experience of the author of this blog. Rendall and Rittner get an average score of 1.6 out of 5. (32% satisfaction) based on 14 reviews. Familiar tales of appalling attitude and behaviour to residents, zero communication skills and general incompetence. Rendall and Rittner’s reviews on google and Trustpilot show a very similar story. Incredibly, rather than acting on this feedback, it now seems Rendall and Rittner have taken to attacking those who post the feedback and accusing them of being fake accounts etc.! This really is desperate stuff from Rendall and Rittner – all platforms have means to identify fake reviews so if these reviews were not genuine they would have been taken down. Are Rendall and Rittner claiming that their reviewers on facebook have also gone to elaborate lengths – set up accounts, included thousands of photos, hundred of friends, thousands of posts over many years – all so that they can post negative reviews about Rendall and Rittner!. Take the hint Rendall and Rittner – your level of service is a disgrace, you need to do something about it or make way for another company – attacking those who tell the truth about their experiences of your ‘service’ will not help your case.
Hello, we unfortunately have Rendall and Rittner in our Development. How they could possibly have been appointed is beyond us! I would very much like to speak to someone about your experience with them.

Hi Louise – sorry for delay in replying. The main reason they have been appointed is because they have a dubious relationship with Berkeley Homes whereby Berkeley Homes appoint Rendall and Rittner without residents having a say in the matter. Residents across London are coming together to fight being ripped off by Rendall and Rittner, and to get control of their homes and lives back. Hi Louise – i bought a place in East India (Aberfeldy Village) that is currently managed by Rendall and Rittner. The lack of a transparency is a huge issue, and the costings do not make sense. I work in finance and I can’t understand the costings, the figures are so outrageous that I wonder if there is fraud.

I agreed with the reviews, they are incompetent and do not investigate complains seriously. I have many complaints against them but to no avail. I am in the view that assertive action needs to be taken against them.

I could not agree more. I have never had a meaningful response to a complaint by Rendall and Rittner and often investigated by the person who one is complaining about!

sorry I do not wish to publish that – it is speculation to say someone was employed because of their ethnicity. R&R have useless staff of all ethnicities!

Yes I understood that. I mean that if you complain about a member of R&R staff you may find that person is investigating the complaint – in contradiction of their own complaints policy

Even though we had paid their service charges as invoices on time and in full. They decided to send us threatening email from a very rude paralegal firm to pay them again?? It is not right and I will not accept double payment for the same invoice. I have proof for what I say but this rude lady would not listen and hanged up on me. I would understand their action if our payment was of a less than invoiced value or if it was delayed, but we paid exactly 10 days after the date of the invoice.
I tried calling, emailing with no response what so ever. I hate this experience and will not submit to blackmailing.

Sorry to hear that Maha. It sounds about par for the course for Rendall and Rittner. Did you seem help or advice from CBWRA? I know they are very reluctant to criticise R and R (the committee are banned from making complaints about them and almost never criticise R&R publicly).
